The Merit Training Corporation Approach

Merit Training Corporation specializes in the design and implementation of strategies for organizations competing in the domestic or global markets.

Merit was founded by a team of professional organizational consultants with extensive strategic implementation experience with clients that required a change to their corporate "culture" to advance their respective strategies. Clients such as Bank of America, and I.O.F. Insurance, turned to Merit to faciliate a new culture, and communicate the organizations' new strategy. Merit uses a time tested unique model to convey the clients new direction and to align the organization with the new strategy.
